Trouble finding the correct part numbers

On my 2005 F350 Super duty 6.0 Power Stroke Diesel I have extremely high oil temps when towing and also have a warm start problem. I need to tackle both these problems at the same time but I am struggling to find the correct (and still affordable) parts for this. My local parts store and Ford dealer are way over priced.

First, I need an oil cooler (truck has an EGR delete so no EGR cooler).

Second, I want to replace all the seals in the high pressure oil system and replace the HPOP elbow.(Already replaced IPR)

Third, I would like to do the Blue Spring update as well while I am in there.

If anyone could help me with part numbers or kits numbers that would be great. I usually do all my own research but right now I am way too swamped at work and home to find these parts.

Thanks.

Talk to theses guys for the nipple cup O-ring and tool
to do the job. The are Creator & ROBBINthaHOOD and
both are from here and 6.0 guys.
Hit Ed up at FICMRepair.com - FORD Powerstroke 6.0 FICM Repair, PHP Tuning and Truck Parts
for other parts. He has real Ford parts with the warrantee
that goes with it.

Then for the other hard parts try Julie and Anthony (SDS) at http://www.sdutys.com
All the people I have listed are good people.

If you do that you will get the best pricing and known good
parts from Ford. Not some fake stuff.

As for help installing them all you have to do is ask.
If you find something that is hard to describe you can just post a photo.

Good luck with you up coming project.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering if I should buy valve cover gaskets or if the old ones will still be good?

Unless they are broken then I would reuse them.
After all they were intended to be reused.

Started the job but..

I have all the parts and have started the job. I have already misplaced my front FICM flange nut(1 was already missing). I know I placed it somewhere away from the truck so it is not in the motor. Anyone know what thread the nut is?
