Help!

I think this part call stand pipes and dummy plugs.

Where is this thing locate?

Do I have to take the valve covers off to replace this?

What section in the shop manual to read up?

Finally started reading Bismic instruction closely on Oil/EGR cooler. Essentially, he said take everything on top of the 6.0L out and pray that you can get it back
