ROFL...I do agree that forum contribution in terms of activity and content should be as much of a factor as monetary contribution. After all, without members posting, a forum doesn't generate views and therefor advertising revenue (to be fair, posting is only part of that equation, but it is in fact a part of the equation).
Update: Tim gave me a free month of premium to sway me to the paid side. I asked him to do my UN change now that I'm a premium member which he declined. So, what's the free month getting me then? I certainly won't be joining on July 13th.... LMAO. Ah well. In the mean time I can change my Avatar tag line.

Back to the thread at hand though, I am either going to smoke a brisket for chopped beef sliders, or smoke a couple of pork shoulders for pulled pork sliders for our Thursday night potluck. Anyone have a preference as to which?
Not that there's a choice I would be even slightly disappointed in Doug, but if your going to force an answer, I'll go with pork since I don't eat that as often.
