Sooooo I get home and cooled off a little. Go back outside under the hood and start to disassemble and find that one of the intercooler tubes blew a boot off on the bottom under the new intake where I couldn't see it. First time I've ever done that. Interesting boom. Sounded like a damn mortar!! So I'm going for another test drive. Sorry for the post everyone was a little heated when I heard that and popped the hood when I got home the first time. Missed it on the initial glance little premature on the post.

Boot was my first thought when you shared the news - boots are loud pops. I was in a canyon when mine blew, so I got the full-on echo show. I saved those underwear with my other trophies of shame.
