What tire size are you guys running with these? I know that can play a lot into how well a tire does in rain and snow, as well as overall mileage. I'd assume the stock 275/70-18 size would handle better and last longer than say 325/65-18.

Be careful to match wheel width to tire width. I went with BFG A/T KOs in 305/65/18E on the stock wheels. Those tires delaminated within 8 thousand miles. I didn't blame the tires as we run right up to the rear axle's weight rating (7K) and when loaded and at max pressure of 65 psi, they looked squished.
So we stepped down to BFG A/T KOs in 285/65/18E, which ARE rated for the stock rim (at the time they were not making 275/70/18Es in the BFG A/Ts, but both carry the same capacity anyway). Got a whole 11K miles on them and they started to delaminate. These tires also looked a bit flat with 80 PSI in them when we were fully loaded.
Up to these two sets of tires I've had good luck with the BFGs. Now my friend who has a big 5th wheel ran the BFG Rugged Trails -- he had two tires disastrously come apart taking out the whole side of his bed. After the second time he went to Cooper ATPs.
And that is what I went to as well. The Coopers feel great and are ROUND when fully loaded. By the way: both my friend and I are AR about being safe and have both scaled our rigs fully loaded...
I had coopers on the F150 and was happy with them, 50k and plenty of tread left, but I couldn't get the right size for the 250, so went with Toyo. Glad I did, much better in the snow, and they look good with nearly 3000lb in the bed, although i don't haul long-distance with that weight
I ended up ordering some Michelin LTX M/S 2. Great reviews from online sources and people I know. Should be in any day now.
Gotta be careful with those "online reviews". I read GLOWING articles about some tires, just to dig a little deeper and find out they were on a f150 or a lighter duty rig. There is a difference from what they buy and our load range E's.
