They called me and asked if I was at home around 0900......ummmm, NO. So they said they were going to contact the driver and get back to me. Still waiting for a call. Hopefully they send another driver with a low boy but guessing cost of the tractor and trailer will not be profitable. He paid $2900 to have it shipped.
Yeah a lowboy would be a much better option. He got a decent price for having it hauled down there because 2900 to go that far is pretty cheap.

They must be planning on getting another load that is headed that way to make it profitable after all that. Either that or some guy is just bored and wants to drive down there and not make any money.

Got a little done last nighgt after work... Washed the roof of the camper.. Not a big job if you can get on the roof, but I can't so it was all done from the side with a ladder and long brushes and a tub full of roof cleaner...
Looks okay now... Need to finish caulking and then do the UV Sealant.. Need a buddy to help with the caulking though...
I gave my notice... I am still working until then. 10/1 is the date as of now... Unless there is so much upheaval in the market that my retirement nest egg is so small that I can't make it...
