Cory also said "his other loads" so sounds like he was going to be hauling more than just that. Need at least a 450
Even a 450 is not the right truck for hauling that Duece. It should be on a semi. Not even the weight so much as how top heavy that thing would be. The center of gravity is going to very high once up on a gooseneck. A 350, 450 or even 550 is not going to change that point or make it any safer.
Saw an older 7.3 F350 dragging a big scoop shovel machine on tracks on a goose with 4 axles up the Skunk Hollow Hill on Highway 52 south of Cannon Falls a couple of years ago....
I swear I saw beads of sweat on the top of the hood and cab as that old PS was screaming its lungs out in second gear going up that hill!!
Well I guess my dad got everything straightened out so we will see if they come back or send another driver. Sounds like the driver tried to say the tank on the back was the issue but I cleared that issue talking to him. Sounds like he changed his story! It's everyone else's fault I guess.

How are you going to haul water for the fish pond, err, swimming pool, if the deuce is gone?

So when are they coming to get it now?

Found out Des' uncle fills pools using his milk tank trailer. He hauls milk and gets the water from the creamery and fills pools. He even gets heated water!
They called me and asked if I was at home around 0900......ummmm, NO. So they said they were going to contact the driver and get back to me. Still waiting for a call. Hopefully they send another driver with a low boy but guessing cost of the tractor and trailer will not be profitable. He paid $2900 to have it shipped.
