I was told that it came from a Saleen with 30k on the clock.
I bought it and put it in my FFR Cobra race car and it had a problem up-shifting into 2nd but all other gears worked very well. Odd thing was that it downshifted into 2nd just fine. Makes me think that maybe the shift fork wear tabs are not there, broken or something...
I used Royal Purple SynchroMax fluid - so that wasn't the prob..
Yeah Jay - I know the right guy is out there somewhere... It's a $1500 pump new and has 3 race weekends on it before the engine hatched.. Some of the crap got into the pump. Some gearotor damage but all those parts are available... Actually, the gearotors are SBF standard volume parts but the center gear needs to be bored and keyway cut. Probably cheaper to just buy the parts already machined..

I can't remember if the driveshaft is the same length - I don't have that.
You can use your current clutch, pressure plate and flywheel. Although I do have a competition aluminum flywheel and lightweight pressure plate that are very low time. I do have the FMS bellhousing which you would need since the Tremec has a larger bearing retainer and a longer input shaft.
