I don't know what they sell in Australia. But I would stick with the regular motor oil, any brand as long as it is new and has the latest SAE rating on it. Looks like the latest rating is SN. Here's a link. API Engine Oil Classification
As far as brands, that's like asking what tire brand you should run or what brand battery to buy. Everyone has their favorites, just so long as it has that API rating I would not worry about it too much. I do usually run 10w-30.
