Window motors?

Window motors?
My 1989 passenger window motor gave out on me, and I was wondering if any window motor out of f150s newer than mine would work?
Only reason I ask is because I went to a local pick a part yard and couldn't find any trucks the same year as mine.

If the motor runs but the window won't move then you just need to replace the plastic rollers inside.

Last I checked the window wouldn't go up (it was stuck with the window down) so I propped the window up with a screw. I'll find out for sure in a few when I get home.

Just got home, the window is currently propped up with a random bar so the window is up all the way. As opposed to the screw, if left a 1 inch opening that the spiders seemed to love!
I also noticed that the passenger door won't unlock through the button...
but I've pressed both the window up and down button and didn't hear/see anything
