I just replaced mine with some 2 gauge airtex wells. Made in usa. Really high quality stuff. I doubt you will find motorcraft wires as they are getting hard to find for vehicles 20 yrs younger.
To get the right cables, I just took my old cables in and they measured/compared to their catalog. They had them in stock and they were surprisingly inexpensive. $25 or so for both... Maybe a bit less. I opted for the ground cable with the pigtail but they had them without this. I like the extra certainty of a good ground.
I'm not sure why you want OEM, its just a wire. Disconnect whatever cables you want to replace, go to the store, get lengths of wire the same as whatever you're replacing, and buy new battery clamps. Wire is typically sold by the foot, the clamps are usually sold in color-coded pairs for about 5 bucks.
I just did it to my truck, already had the wire though from other projects, and am very pleased with the results. I also added a negative terminal battery disconnect because I don't drive it all that often during certain seasons.
Most automakers, including FORD are a little light when it comes to wire sizing. It will do the job, but just barely. I guess anything to save a few pennies.
But, add 20 years or better of corrosion from atmospheric pollution and road salt it's a wonder the damn things will even start. Unless you're doing a serious restoration it's simple to have them custom made locally at a truck shop say, for not too much money. Welding cable is popular, 1/0 or 2/0 gauge. This will be much superior to anything OEM. Replace starter and solenoid cables, too.
Cheap cables are never a bargain. They look OK, because they use extra thick insulation making it appear to be a heavier gauge wire than is the case.
Yes, seems strange to want OEM cables. I've been working on the truck for 10 years. A large part of the time has been spent sourcing, fixing, restoring original parts. With very few exceptions I've been able to find original parts. So far no off shore stuff on this truck.
