No electrical power

I have no electrical power at all (no crank, no radio, no windows, no lights). Both batteries are fully charged and battery cables a secure. Prior to this issue I have been having an intermittent "crank - no start" issue for months that I cannot track down. The last thing that I did was unplug the FICM and plug it back in. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

It could be as simple as a bad ignition switch. You will have to go to the source of power and trace forward with a test light.

Welcome to FTE! It would be very helpful to those wanting to comment or attempt to help you if you would provide some information about the truck. Such as model year, model, engine for example. Most people put this in their signature. Your truck has a FICM which helps narrow it down...

For example, most people might suggest batteries and cables or the ignition switch for such a concern. Maybe its your fuse panel and a water leak. However, on newer model years trucks it could even be a network issue. See where I am going with this? Certain model years have known pattern failures that might fit your symptoms.

I put the Truck info in my profile when I signed up. Not sure why it is not showing here. It is a late 2004 F250 6.0l with over 300,000 miles. I have replaced the High Pressure Oil pump and most of the injectors, several glow plugs, starter, EGR Cooler Water Outlet from Oil Cooler Water Outlet Adaptor Hose, and performed a coolant flush all this year.

Where can I find a diagram/location of all the fuses and relays?

Fixed?

I know this is a far stretch because it’s from 2015 but did you ever find the problem?
