6.0 170,000miles clean sharp f-250▶ what problems are they known to have, and whatto do?

What year?
What mods have been installed (and who installed them)?
What is the maintenance history (including fluid and filter changes)?

I would not buy a used 6.0L without a discussion of the above topics, and a gauge system to read engine parameters/codes is a must.
