I've got a 2010 f150 that I just purchased used that has a vibration issues from ~35-45 mph but the worst at 40. The truck is a reg cab 8' bed 2wd drive with 4.6 3v and 3.55 rear. I bought it from my local ford dealer with 40,000 miles and it it came with a 3m/3,000 warranty so I took it in for several small issues and the usual driveline clunk and they did the tsb for the slip yoke and replaced the rear joint. I took the truck back to them again two more times for the vibration and the first time they made sure the driveshaft was phased correctly and the second time I rode with the mechanic and he just basically said that's the way it is. I really like this truck and would appreciate any input or ideas as I feel like I've exhausted any further help from the dealer. Thanks for the help.
This may sound stupid, But have you had the tires looked at, really well.
I mean more than just being balanced, but to see if they're out of round, or more likely not mounted properly
While the tire and wheel are on a spin balancer, stand straight behind the balancer, and watch the tire and wheel to see if they run true.
You'd be supprised how many tires do not. And being balanced, won't make a difference if they don't run true.
X2 on checking your tires. My work truck is the same as yours and it has a slight vibration. The passenger seat will show the vibration when it's empty. If your vibration is worse than that than keep looking for it. I've had several sets of different tires on the work truck and it always has that slight vibration.

But it sounds like the drive line has been looked at, and some repairs done.
