Did the vibration start after you put the new tires on? does it go away when you go past 49? does it go away when you let off the throtle but are still at 49?

Go back where ever you got the tires and tell them. They should rebalance them for free it sounds like you have a tire out of balance.

There have been reports of bad tires/out of round tires being sold. I would jack up the truck after tires are warm. Set it up so you can spin tires to see if they are truely round. I found one which was bad and took it back. Good luck.

I would do like bigredtruckmi said and check to see if a tire may be out of round. Be sure to use jack stands when you jack it up so it's level off the ground. Now, when you set it up so that you can spin the tires be sure to have a flat surface under the tires as a reference point. Set it up so, it's like half an inch from the actual tread of the tires so that you can visually look at the tire tread as it spins over the flat surface to see if they're truly round. If not, then tire(s) will appear to go up and down on you. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Glad I could help. Just be sure to let us know how you make out after you get the tires re-balanced. Good Luck!
