I tried it again. I cycled 5 times and it went to program mode. I pressed buttons on 4 different key fobs. Nothing......
I pulled my chip out and tried again. Nothing......
I tried locking and unlocking the doors then cycling.
nothing.....
Does anybody have any more ideas??

Check the batteries in the remote, sounds stupid but my father-in-law put in a new battery that was dead when he got it.

I tried the remote for my mustang. I know it works. Even tried the battery from it in the other 3 remotes

I appreciate the link and found it interesting. I am going to purchase one remote directly from my dealer and see if it makes a difference in range as both of mine work, but the range sucks. I do not know if the ones I have are OEM or aftermarket.

I still do not know what the "remote entry receiver" looks like that is referenced in the tsb link.
