According to my scangauge II my ICP went bad about a week ago. I replaced it and while I was in there I went ahead and replaced the IPR valve as well. A week later it gives me the dreaded No start while hot issue. Looking at all the gauges I was getting very low to no reading on the ICP sensor again. Unplugged the sensor and tried to crank the truck. It fired off for about 2.2 seconds and shut back off. Tried to start it again and now it's making a very bad sound like something came apart on the inside of motor. My scangauge is now telling me that my cam and crank sensors are not in sync anymore. What might've happened for me to get that reading. Scan tool only had codes for the ICP sensor.
It would help if you posted specific codes for what led you to believe that the ICP sensor was bad. AFA the motor noise, can you be a bit more specific on what the sound is?

What else did you pull off when you did the ICP/IPR?
Scan tool said ICP sensor low or no pressure.
ICP sensor circuit failure
I removed the degas bottle, intake tube, ficm, I made sure that all 3 plugs were in and snapped really good.
As far as the motor noise. It honestly sounds like a chain going around a gear or sprocket that has no teeth.
