You know it. Stupid flight was 3 1/2 hours late. Then the baggage claim carousel jammed or something and no one was paying attention. Took another hour just to get the bags. What a mess. Minion is such a trooper. She still is going to school today.

Morning Jim, when do they go back? Ours go back August 12th, too damn early. There's been rumbles of the parent starting a petition to the state board of edcuation, to make school start date no earlier than the end of August.

Interesting, ours go back August 12th also. Only two months of summer vacation. I remember when I was growing up we got 3 months. However, I also remember we got 2 weeks off for Christmas break, and 1 week off for spring break, and these kids get 3 weeks for Christmas and 2 for spring, so they make up for the lost month in summer during the year I guess.
