adding power brakes, do I need this part?

I want to add power brakes to my 74 F100. I got this booster and bracket and brake pedal from a donor truck. I didn't get the part I circled in yellow. Do i need this part too or can I reuse that piece on my truck? Mine and the donor truck are both 302v8, auto. thanks,

Assuming you already have brakes, and they are operable, no, the piece in yellow is the pedal assy and you shouldn't need it.
