Auto to manual flexplate

Auto to manual flexplate
Im swapping a m5od into my 94 ranger 4.0 2wd the only part i dont have is the flexplate between the engine to trans do i need it from the manual truck?

A flywheel a clutch disk and a clutch pressure plate. And a clutch master cylinder.and the pedals from a standard shift ranger.

I have all that. So i dont need a flexplate/dust sheild from donor?

You need the metal plate that goes between the flywheel and engine block. The flywheel has the starter ring gear on it.

The flywheel replaces the flexplate. You can't physically bolt both a flexplate and flywheel to the end of the crankshaft.

Metal plate (engine block plate) from a manual, not the auto.
