6.0 thumping noise

6.0 thumping noise
I have an 06 f250 superduty, 6.0 . Last week I rolled into the the throttle up to about 95 and then backed off. After which it developed a thumping noise, not metal, more like an air thump in the intake. Not throwing any codes, still runs strong, pulls boost, etc. The motor does have 285,000. Any ideas.

I don't know anyone who cleans their turbo after every time the turbo suddenly closes and pushes air back. Even brand new you can make this happen.
If you can't get this to recreate at any other circumstance other than getting high boost and then letting off the pedal abruptly, it is a turbo fart, nothing to be worried about.

Is it thumping out of the intake even sitting there at idle?
Or does it only make that fluff, fluff, fluff or thump, thump sound after getting on it hard and then backing off quickly?
Better yet, does it sound like this? If it does then it's normal because there's no blow off valve on these.
