brake problems
I have a 2001 f250 4x4 I put new brakes on the front and had a caliper sticking so I put new calipers. now I cant get fluid out of drivers side bleeder. I have noticed in the past when holding down brakes the pedal would slowly go to the floor. could this be a master cylinder proble

I have even tried to pull a vacuum on the line and got maybe a tablespoon of fluid. I have spoke to a couple of mechanics they said they never had that problem before. so my concern now is it maybe a proportions valve.
