6.9 down. Need help asap

Hey guys. I got a phone call to help pull a buddy out who was stuck. Went over, hooked a chain. Put it in 4 high and gave a good couple yanks. On the third or 4th i went to put it back in drive and hit the gas and it revved but wouldn't move. I then couldn't move the shifter up to park and it wouldn't go up at all but down. I couldn't turn the truck off. I played with the 4wd and shifter. I ended up forcing it up into nuetral to turn off and get the key out. Now it won't turn over and the shifter is stuck. Any help or words of wisdom are greatly appreciated

Can you shift the T case in and out of gears? Did you check to see if your trans linkage got bent from maybe pulling too hard or maybe you jerked the truck to hard, twisted the trans and bound everything up?
