The title should say "Broken oil FILTER standpipe".
Totally my fault, I'm an idiot, but anyway...
Can I run and/or drive the truck for a few days until I have the new one? If I can, should I leave this piece out or leave it in (oil filter holds it down)?
Thanks,

That is the oil filter by-pass and no I wouldn't drive it until you get a new one.
I hope you were able to recover the broken pieces. I didn't and it wiped out my HPOP. It happened shortly after I changed the oil and filter. 12 miles later it died and would only build far less than 100psi.
Yours don't look like as much broke so I hope the best for you.

I was replacing the oil cooler so I was able to retrieve the pieces.
