Nobody has bought my house yet. maybe folks are busy with vacations and stampede. Oh well.

Looks like some rain in the long terms forecast, hope that falls on the forest fires too, would be nice to have some of this smoke out of the air.

Neighbor got back early from gold panning on weekend. He complained about rain and high water following him around, now you know why its been raining all week. He either goes back up north or getsgets drowned in a mud puddle in the alley

We needed this rain more evenly spread out over may/june. Quite cold out tonight, feels like it might snow lol

Being a farm boy its not the rain that bugs me, its the bad timing. The caterpillars sure had a good feast onthe backyard shade tree, keep picking them off me when I mow the yard.

Howdy Albertans and other confused wanderers. Going to be dragging the trailer out to Gull Lake next weekend to drink beer in my in-laws driveway. That should be relaxing.
Have some camping planned for late august, but due to a few factors, won't be able to get myself a reservation anywhere. Thoughts for good places to just show up and get a site?
I haven't camped in the National parks for ages, I hear they are slightly less packed than the Kananaskis sites.

We won't be starting our trip on a friday or saturday, probably monday, which helps. Would love to hear some opinions.

Wow, I hope none of you guys got damaged in that storm last night. Intense hail and rain at my place, but nothing appears to have flooded. Some of the pictures from around town look quite scary.
