A/C only works when moving
Any one have an idea, and more importanly a price for this listed fix? My A/C works fine when I am moving, but when i come to a stop it does not come out cold.

I had this exact issue in a previous vehicle a while back.
Driving down the street it would blow cold but if I came to a stop light or standing still in traffic it was just blowing air.
If pressed for an answer I believe it was diagnosed as a bad compressor but my memory isn't 100% on it.

This ^^^ Fan clutch is notorious for this issue.

and if not the clutch check that the rad/trans cooler/intercooler/ Rad are not getting clogged with bugs, dirt, and road debri

$1000 is about average for a system replacement these days at a shop. Be glad it's not an import, those little Diesel Kiki compressors get mighty expensive. Glad you got it sorted out.

I was about to chime in with no help and say "Isn't that why these things came with a 44 gallon tank, so that you don't have to stop moving?" Then I saw you got it fixed. So never mind... glad you got it figured out, but it sucks that it cost you $1000 to do so.
