Agreement x2. OE FORD "only" from FORD or RR or DO. Some aftermarket GP"s do experience having the tip swell after hundreds of cycles of heating, cooling and every detonation when the cylinder fires each time. If you use aftermarket and the tips swell, the next time you replace them you will be pulling the heads.
If you have a bit of time Riffraff and DieselOrings have them for less money.
Replace all eight for less than $100. Too much trouble pulling VC's etc. to do only one.

Probably should torque your rocker arms too, 240 in/lbs (20 ft/lbs). Since you're in there. If any of them are loose you'll notice it being a lot quieter afterward. One thing I wish I'd done while in there but didn't, is do my injector o rings seals etc.
