Okay didn't really think F150 be pulling triple axle trailer but who knows these days. Nice setup though and SD now that I know it is. That one of the new ones? Notice a big oval on tailgate.
I feel dumb but that happens more times than I can count throughout the day nowadays!
Haha, no worries. It is a '17. I zoomed into the pic a bit to check for sure. But, people do silly things like pulling that camper with a half ton. I've seen it.

haha no worries , hey they are using the f150 cab so I can see where more and more these trucks are looking alike. The truck is a Xlt chrome package , I had the mirrors tucked in at the time so it kind of takes away from the sd styling
Sorry that response was to the Reese 30054. My flatbed does not have the square hole for the B&W. I could add the B&W gooseneck to use the flatbed companion though. B&W Turnover Ball Universal Flat Bed Weld On 5th Wheel Gooseneck Hitch GNRK1500 eBay All my flatbed has under the hatch is a plate with a hole the ball is bolted to. It is a CM bed from before they used B&W hitches. I need to find out if the B&W flatbed companion would fit in my recess and be the proper height.
EDIT From etrailer the base of the flatbed companion is 18x18 I need to measure the recess in my truck.
Based on my boot it looks about 14"x14" and is sloped on the sides. The flatbed companion will definitely not fit in the recess. Hmmm
Is there a fabrication shop near you? Take them the picture of what you are looking at and see how much to fab up new side rails with the bolt height in the correct place for you're application. The side rails only look like 3/16's thick steel at most. A couple of bends and holes. Shouldn't be much at all.
