For some unknown reason my truck (1989 f150) is sending power to the little wire that goes to the starter selinoid every time the clutch is pressed any ideas? The clutch switch, the starter switch, selinoid, and starter are new.

Reason: forgot some details
the clutch interlock switch should have a red wire with a blue tracer, that should only have power to it when the key is turned to crank position. if you have power there with just the key on, there is a problem, make sure you unplug the clutch switch when you check for power, The ignition switch is adjustable loosen the nuts and slide it up or down till you only have power when cranking.

The only switch that is connected to the clutch in any place has several wires coming from it and I've got the switch as far as it will go and still make contact to start
There most likely is nothing wrong with the clutch switch as it only stops the cranking.
The ignition switch that David7.3 is talking about is on top of the column down by the floorboard.
