Greeting from Tonopah. Hang out here for awhile. Working on our place. Got out the 73 Galaxie 500 today and have been cruising it around. The more I drive it the more I like it. All original 73,000 miles. 400 with an FMX 3 speed tranny. No cruise but A/C.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday.
Donna, Jim the guy that was with me when we meet in Carson is in the hospital they just cut a 6" piece of his intestine out that was cancer. Not sure if it has spread to other places. But he isn't doing very good.
Hey Theodore, are you ever in or around Vegas? I would love to see that fridge of yours once the A/C is complete.
Greg; I finished my A/C, and do get into Vegas occasionally. I would be interested in meeting you and getting to know other FTE'rs, I like SOB's too. Do you know of any cruise-ins or gatherings coming up?
Theodore, Dave with the Bronco, and I go to a meetup almost every Sunday morning. There are quite a few other meetups that he knows more about that are on Friday evenings, and Saturdays.
What times and days are best for you and we can try and find something that will fit best for all of us.

Morning Greg! Amazon seems to think so. And, they just sent me an email, saying my order (the mirrors) will be delayed, and do I still want them! What the heck???
They send you 5 mirrors instead of 2, and then send an email saying your order has been delayed. Who is working there donkeys and monkeys?
The power chair has been repaired. The joystick/controller was bad, so they replaced it with a used one for $200, and I bought 2 batteries for it, because mine were so worn out I could barely go a mile before having to charge it. Now, I am told I should be able to go up to 15 miles depending on terrain, weight, etc. So, for $432, I now have a working power chair with brand new batteries. So I will make a copy of the receipt and send that to the bus company/city of Fresno, and wait to be reimbursed. On the receipt he put down $280 for the repair and $120 for the batteries because he heard me telling my roommate (who went along to help load and unload the chair) that I had given them an estimate of $265.
Also got to drive a brand new 2015 GMC pickup today, as that is what the U-haul store gave me. The F-150 was rented out when I got there.
