Wouldn't lifter bores aligned with the valves require a camshaft with custom lobe spacing?

Tipping the lifter bank to bank would require a different camshaft core.
tipping the lifter front to back would require and adjustment in the grinding head. Same core.

The current 434 we are building is using the OE 5.0 style lifter.
We are hoping to push .635" valve lift, and 7000 RPM's
