HAHA! I already ran PAST the hills on this one. But that is what its looking like. 11 quarts of that. And when that screwdriver punctured the filter housing, Water started to run down the shaft then oil. But hardly any water did come out. I have no choice but either try to clean this one up or clean this one up. And either way I go, Its need to be good enough to be driven. Lol, The guys over at OBN would love this one.
Yeah, I'm not that far. Either tomorrow or Friday, I'm going to TRY and get the oil cooler off. Not sure if I can/will. If what I've seen so far is any indicator of what might be in there, Uh oh... However, I sprayed orielly's engine degreaser (Was on sale) on the filter housing and all that "crude oil" came right off. I think there is a tech article either here or on OBN about removing the oil cooler.
After looking at it and doing some reading, That cooler isn't coming out. No way I can jack up the engine or any of that. I looked up into the filter housing and it looks "clean" inside so....When I put the new filter on, I'll just let it flush it self out with the mixture I put in.
As long as your last name isn't Watkins, were good. Long story on the name, lol. I'm interested as well what itll sound like. If it'll start....well see. Just need the cash to get new cables. Working on a new starting and charging design. But for now, anything will work.
Engine stand hell. This is still in in the truck. Stands are for those rich people. But as long as you're not matt Watkins I'm down for a meet up. Can use all the help I can get. Jump cables just aren't gonna cut it. Already tried.
