A big thanks to Apoc for selling me his old headlights! Just ordered a 200A alternator also. Mine was only charging up to 11.3V running, and is red hot after just running a few minutes.
Are those just the standard lenses with led replacements? If so do you need to cut in a resistor? Also hard to tell but is the light just real diffuse or it it still fairly focused like stock? Sorry for all the questions but i really want more light without getting into aftermarket add-on stuff right now, and i had read that the leds dont work with stock lenses.

They are the standard lens from an 04, I bought them from Apoc. No resistor needed. Can't compare them to stock, my truck came with aftermarket projector type headlights that I did not like so I removed them. I have not pointed them correctly so there is a chance they could be pointed incorrectly.
Hey Art, where are you getting the alternator from and do you have a part number? Mine is starting to spit out some dust and making a bit of noise and I would rather have one on standby if/when it kicks.
It should be here on Friday, and I will snap some comparison photo's if you want to wait and see if there "is" a difference at least physically.

That would be great, thanks! I have an 00 and I noticed on that link that the years listed are only 02-03. I wonder what the difference is. Pictures would allow me to compare it to mine.
