Intermitant Limp Mode

I was driving to work and got about 15 kms from home and all of a sudden, the engine lost power and I coasted to a stop, with the engine running rough on 3 or 4 cylinders. No engine light on and I have a Scangauge II and all the gauge readings looked ok. the fuel pressure was 42, but the glycerine in the gauge froze solid in the winter and I didn't think it was right. I stopped the engine and looked for obvious problems like a failed o-ring on the fuel filter, any leaks and found none. tried the engine again and it ran perfect again, drove the remaining 40 kms to work with no problem. It happened again on the way home, no engine light, again, stopped on the side of the road, it would not restart, check the SG for codes and there was none. Then it started again and I drove home fine again.
I picked up a new gauge for the dash I had added, and checked the pressure, it was 48 and steady with the engine running, but I then changed the fuel filters and installed the blue spring kit to the filter housing I was waiting for warmer weather to install. Drove it to work again the next week, it ran perfect, fuel pressure steady at 60. Then I used it yesterday and it lost power again. I could not get it to run properly for quite a few attempted starts, the it was fine again and I drove it home.
I idled it and checked for codes again, none. ICP was 740, FMP was 54, SYC 1, Fuel Pressure 60. While it was idling, it did it again, idle slowed down and all the previous reading stayed the same, fuel delivery did go up though.

Previous work done. (Current Kms = 390000) 180000 kms, new injectors, turbo, EGR cooler, (EGR blocked off as well), ICP sensor and regulator, in dash Fuel Pressure and ICP gauges installed. FICM sent to Swampy's after alternator died and took out FICM and upgraded to 54v.

The SG when I try to clear the codes it says "Not Responding" with the key on or off, so I don't think it will read or clear them.

Any idea where to start? I am thinking wiring somewhere

TPS (throttle position sensor) one would be the EGR but you said it's blocked off, under the foot petal it gets dirt , mud, dog duggy, dust, use some contact cleanerand make sure the connection fits snuggly.

Just Thought of some things to Monitor via SG = MAP, EBP,BARO, VGT do these tests in park KOEO, low, high 2500 rpm check the MAP hose for cracks might be wise to clean some things up like MAP connection to Intake the threaded Nipple gets clogged, EBP and Tube. while your in there get the IAT2 sensor as well

My truck is confusing me. I took it for a drive and it bucked and farted, when I got it running good again, I drove it home and all was good. I then to the readings I described earlier and posted them. I went to start the truck to see what the EOT and the FWT was and it would not start. That was last weekend, and I could not get the scan gauge to read anything. Today I tried again, I got the scan gauge to read only the pre loaded gauges after a lot of looking at harnesses and not finding any chaffing or loose connectors. I checked the XGauge numbers and the truck restarted and I got some gauges to read. Went in for lunch, came out and got the fourth set of numbers and the truck continues to run perfect. These are all the readings my ScanGauge now reads, ----- means no reading when selected.

You don't need to post the whole scan Gauge list , only the ICP, ICPV IPR. then post MAP ,EBP, BARO, VGT . do these test in park , no radio lights etc
1koeo ( key on engine off) make note
2. low (make note).
3. high ( 2500 rpm ) make note

I am still having a hard time keeping the ScanGauge getting readings. It will only read the basics like rpm and kph, but not any of the programmed ones for the 6.0 liter. I took it to our 2012 civic and it worked on there, then back to the truck and the same thing, then all of a sudden it will work.

Here are the readings I got this morning, but the truck ran perfect again today as it did yesterday, I am just scared to go somewhere with it

Sensor KOEO Idle 2500

ICP 12 644 1394
ICPV ScanGauge does not read it
IPR 14.4 23.2 40.5
MAP (BsT) 0.0 0.1 0.7
EBP ScanGauge does not read it
BAR 28.3 28.3 28.5
VGT 0 67 37

I still think it is a harness issue, I just cannot see any damage anywhere yet.

on you map those numbers are electric we need PSI witch those look low any how check the connection or ware on the harness while your at it follow the hose down to the Intake disconnect from the sensor and use the hose to help unthread the nipple out of the Intake I think it's 10 mil wrench to loosen the little hole in the Intake and nipple get's clogged , also behind the upper fuel bowl is the IAT2 sensor pull that and use Carb cleaner on both check map hose for cracks too .
OH and ware your Safety Glasses that stuff Burns like

I changed the ScanGauge to read MAP instead of BST and added the XGauge code for BST. I also found on another site the code for ICPv which I could not find before. I also removed the MAP sensor and hose completely and checked it. No chafing, no cracks, the hose is clear and the fitting is clear, I blew compressed air into it and could hear it in the manifold. I did not check the IAT2 and EBP sensors yet, as I had to take of the air cleaner, which only takes a couple of minutes, but it was raining.

Here are those numbers now

Sensor KOEO Idle 2500

IAT2 110 90 85
ICV 0.18 0.92 1.71
Bst 0.0 -0.2 0.6
MAP 14.0 13.9 14.4

I was wondering myself if boost was low, so I went for a drive down my gravel road. 1750 rpm, 100 Kmh, boost 7.6 psi Foot to the floor before the tires started spinning on the gravel starting at 60 kmh 25.7 psi

OK I think we are getting a handle on this =
1. FICM lp ( low ) should be around 12/13.5 same with VP
2. Alternator if the truck was warm 10.5 is low If truck still had Glo plugs on then 10.5 is ok as long as the glo were on for 3/5 seconds after that should be seeing nothing lower than 13.3
3 the BIG one IPR I bet there is a hole in the screen that number at koeo should be 14.85 low24 high 40.60 according to the sheet. need to yank the IPR
