I'm thinking of trying that Ultra One Safest Rust Remover in some tight areas to see how it works. My buddy used it on his jeep and swears by it. I know the Ultra One cleaners work pretty darn good.

Started on one end and worked my way around. When I got the the beginning(30-45 min) I started on the second coat.
Then cleaned gun and started painting the top coat while the POR was still wet/tacky.
Yes, that was silver/white truck and the Same process with results for the F550 I restored 2 years prior..

I checked out the 550 thread. You painted that with the axles in place and got complete coverage? My hat is off to you sir, that takes some talent.
Very impressive. I always seem to miss something somewhere and don't notice until 2 weeks later

POR-15 is great, but I think KBS Coatings makes some even better kits.

Pricey, but good stuff. Plus, what's another $50 when you consider how much work you're going to be doing. Might as well do it right.
