Dually box/bed same as SRW?

Trying to locate a nice box/bed for my 1994 F350. I see a dually bed advertised, does anyone know what is underneath the fender extensions? Is the box cut out for the extra rear wheel?

Yeah, you can't take the dually fender off and use the box. Maybe if you put all new bedsides on it, but nothing short of that.

Yes they are different dually beds are cut out plus have bracket/ supports for the flares iirc
