Fuse box or Gem module?
Hello all,
I have a 98 f250 ld 4x4 xlt 3 door 4.6l with approx 134000 miles on it.
I don't have a leak in my front wind shield.
So my question is.
When I start the truck sometimes the gauges will go all the way down like if the truck is off. If I play with the fuses they will go back up and it will run great. Some times the engine will surge...again play with the fuses then it will run great.If I don't get to the fuses fast enough it will die when it is surging.
Also on one of the fuses I can hear a noise like it is shorting out sometimes.
So I don't know if I need to change out the fuse box or look for a bad ground?If I need to look for a bad ground I have no clue where to start.
Please help before I spend money that didn't need to be spent.
I miss my truck.
