Turbo pedestal

I believe I've tracked down my oil leak, or at least i hope. I've been battling this for a while now. There is oil in the valley and it seems to drip out of the little opening in front of the trans mainly. Now I could venture to say I would need a oil pan replacement sometime in the future.

While I'm in there I was going to do some preventative maintenance and wondering what that might be?

I was going to do the non-ebvp pedestal replacement along with the high flow adapter. I see no one has them in stock except for guzzle's.

What else would one recommend doing without breaking the bank?

Thanks in advance.

Depending on how old the high pressure oil lines are those are always a good preventative maint. Possibly the o-rings for the connectors to, (so I have read). New o-rings for the pedestal, and if you don't want the code for the ebpv delete the 470 ohm 1watt resistor. Hpx line if you can.
Just my .2 cents

To save money on the outlet, you could gut the one you have. Drill the rivets that old the butterfly and remove it then pull the shaft out and plug the holes with soft plugs.

HD Rider brings up a good choice, but for someone that is OCD with these things like me, I figured getting the piece of metal that was engineered without the holes in it is the better option.

I am willing to pay a bit more for parts if they are quality parts and will last longer than the cheaper rubber band method that I could possibly get to work for 10K miles before having a problem with it.
