TS Chip Question

Ok. I removed the chip, re cleaned the terminals. This time, it took a little while but it started in high idle. Turned the truck off and it started in "stock".
I'm thinking that the fuel pressure is bleeding down while it sets. With replacing the injectors, could the fuel pressure be bleeding down through them?
I'm going to remove the chip all together and see if that makes any difference.
