I am in the process of replacing my valve stem seals. This is on a 2002 Mazda tribute V6 same duratec V6 as the Escapes.
I have removed my engine to fix something else. I am now doing the seals with the heads on.
Does anybody know an easy way to compress the springs and put the valve keepers back on ?
I have that lisle tool to remove and install the keepers , but does not work on the escape.
How do you folks compress the springs ?
This tool here does not work .
