I wouldn't count out your oil cooler just yet. Mine was having almost 20* deltas with my water temp at 180*, but I replaced the t-stat with the 200* mishimoto and I have 5* or less now.

Thanks guys! As noted, our thermostat does indeed include a new o-ring. We recommend boiling the thermostat/housing assembly in order to properly seat the components. As long as the two units seat correctly you should not have any issues once installed.
If the two will still not seal after boiling, we recommend a new housing for installation which has been confirmed to function with our product (Housing P/N: RT1169).
