try this test: could help u find the injector that is not cooperating.
1. possible Bad wire harness connections at the valve cover gaskets, internal or external connections. Examine the connections, do pin tension tests also smell for burnt wires.
2. Injectors with high miles (200,000 miles or more) can fail to operate cold. If correct PW displays on cranking you can remove the valve cover and watch the oil spill discharge, every injector should discharge oil when pulsed by the IDM during cranking. If no pulse of oil then the injector isn’t activating and putting fuel into the cylinders. Running several buzz tests cold will sometimes free up the injectors. This is a typical high miles problem particularly with inadequate oil change intervals.

Ill check this out-this is definitely a high Milage truck (301k)
Ill need to wait to my gf gets home to check the oil out-cant crank and watch at the same time.
Anything else I can do til then?
Also, it will really help to find someone with auto Enginuity or a scanner that will monitor ICP, rpm's FPW and ICP DC while cranking and do a injector buzz test.
Here's something interesting.
Realized I'm an idiot and glow plug harness also goes to the injectors. Plug back in driver bank and go to crank-instant hydro lock.
Go back under the hood and I can HEAR a squirting nose (guessing the injector blowing out the rest of the fuel pressure)
But I can't tell which injector it was.
Going to wait a few minutes and unplug all the injectors, and plug in one at a time til it locks up again. Atleast ill know what injector is bad?
Anyone in florida have a real scanner that can help me out? Lol
I have no idea what's wrong with this thing.
I found the turbo clamp online for $25 ill be ordering.
Oil is overfilled by a couple quarts it looks like-ill be draining it and getting new oil tomorrow...
Any other ideas as to where to go next with this thing?
Icp still reads 0 psi. Double and triple checked the scangauge code and its correct not sure if the scanner is communicating with the truck though-however it does read voltage.
You can look around the exhaust ports for a wet one at the port to manifold interface. You can also remove the glow plugs again and run the fuel pump until fuel shows up at the glow plug hole.
Your engine oil is likely over full because it is full of fuel.

Not a bad idea..would just cycling the key on and off a bunch of times get the stuck injector to overflow out the glow plug hole?
I didn't get a chance to do anything with It today but tomorrow ill have some time to mess with it again.
Worst case scenario-what's a 1999 f350 xlt dually 7.3l with 301k miles worth? Lots of dings and dents. Interior needs a super cleaning and obviously it needs some motor work lol.
