That is way too easy:
Get a piece of chalk or soapstone place a mark on the driveshaft and diff.
Place another mark on the wheel.
Spin the wheel one full revolution and count how many times the driveshaft completed a revolution during the sequence.

Well thats nice of you, not very many people would be that considerate. When I would do motor conversions, I would make note of all the part #s someone would need for maintenance and include it with the vehicle.

This only works if both tires turn when doing the process. If only one tire turns, the spiders screw with the math.
