Look on the VIN sticker on your drivers door. Along the bottom you should find several codes. Look for "AX" with a number and a letter under it. Do a search for rear axle codes here, and you should find it. Or post it up here and I'm sure someone should decode it for you.
There should be a metal tag on one of the bolts that hold the rear diff cover on. It should have the info as well. Hopefully it won't be like mine and unreadable.
