4EOD WITH OD flashing

Quick history .It's an F350 7.3 Dually with 130k that sat for long time therefore it developed a front seal leak, I decided to take it to my local PSD shop to have them droop the Tranny , Service it and flush the fluid . It had no error codes or any other issues , Well I received a 2nd call yesterday from the Shop , The mechanic told me that My truck drive real good with no sign of ATF dripping , Shifts smooth and no sight of any TC slipping or jumping RPM's . However the OD flashing and his scanner not right kind to read the code or something like that so he can pull the code on this truck ..

well he mentioned before that he cleared it and it came back right away during his yesterday 2nd test drive . So I am assuming he pulled either the fuse or the NEG battery lead to clear it the 1st time .. Any way he told me he is getting a scanner from the Tranny shop to pull the code Tomorrow .

Here what I thought and what i told him I took the Truck free and clear from any flashing OD if I had that or it was an issue I would of brought it to his attention so he can address it .This OD flashing is a New thing which was obviously caused and associated by them working right there & NOW I have a flashing OD which is clearly a Fault .

Please educate me here so I can be armed with knowledge on what's all possible to cause this if all what they did was droop the Tranny to replace a pump seal , They removed the pan to change the Tranny oil & filter . What all need to be disconnected and put back to cause that OD Flash .In other word what would lead to this OD flashing

Is ATF over filling could cause it , And ooh they replaced all U joint for the drive shaft as I had bad vibration .The guy told me that they connected all the plugs correctly .

When they drop the trans several electrical connectors have to be disconnected and reconnected. When they removed the pan there are several more connectors in there, but none of them should be touched when changing the fluid and filter.

If they could find a paper clip or jumper wire they could have read the codes.

Those are the only two on the transmission.

Exactly my thought .. It's Simple Plug & Play since that was caused by them separating the Tranny so either :

1- connector not seated correctly .

2- dirty contaminated connectors causing short at the PIN's .

3- kinked and mangled wires or loose connection .

It would be interesting to find out what's code going to SAY , These codes could send us in a wild expensive chase
