Help?!
Hi, I have a 95 7.3L So lately my truck has been making a weird hissing sound as im driving but as its hissing the truck is slowing itself down until i press on the pedal it goes away and the turbo spools and i speed off, ever since I put MBRP exhaust on the truck it has been running like absolute ****, no power, nothing, Also The speedometer is bouncing all over the place and the truck doesn't want to go over 65 mph and it'll start chugging really bad, any ideas?

Thank you, I appreciate it, I will certainly try this in the morning and I will let you know. Would you have any idea as to why it doesn't want to go over 65 MPH? Ever since I put the exhaust on, it started doing that

If that EBPV is closing, it is blocking off the exhaust and building back pressure on the engine. It is choking the engine and it will have no power at all when that thing is closed. It's purpose is to aid in warming the engine up on cold starts, but when they malfunction, they will close randomly while driving and cause a huge power loss.
