I have an 01 7.3 that has starting issues. It starts fine cold but after it reaches operating temp and I stop and turn ignition off the Wait to Start light will not come on to restart until it sets for 20 to 30 minutes. After that time it starts fine. I have changed Glow Plug Relay and checked the fuel bowl heater fuses with no fix. Any solutions?

I am not sure I understand. Are you not turning the key to engage the starter to start the truck because you do not have a "wait to start" indicator light showing?
Or, are you going ahead and attempting to start the truck by engaging the starter and it will not start until 20-30 mins later when the "wait to start" indicator illuminates?
In Charlotte.
Once the WTS lights illuminates the truck will start. This is after setting for 30 minutes. Funny thing, the overdrive light comes on when the WTS light doesn't illuminate and goes off when it does.
Have you tried turning the key all the way to the position where the starter engages when the WTS light does not illuminate thus allowing the engine to turn over for ten to fifteen seconds?
Assuming that you have an automatic: have you tried starting it while the shift lever is in neutral?
Automatic. Have tried turning key while WTS light is not on and all it does is turn over, will not fire. Have not tried it in neutral though good thought. Will try that in the morning. Will let you know.
