adapting 4bl carburetor

adapting 4bl carburetor
I have a 4 barrel edelbrock carburetor and I was wondering if it could be adapted to my 2bl 390 intake?

It can be adapted but won't be worth it in terms of performance. It'd like running a 100-yard dash while breathing through a straw.

Yeah there is little to no benefit from this adapter but it will work.. If your Carb is not acting up I wouldn't change it over.
