Thx.
Hopefully cab will be completed soon. And she'll be back on the road. Too enjoyable to drive to wait for complete metal resto, I'll have to save the rest for rainy days.

cab nearly there

Been slowly putting some finishing touches on the cab while trying to avoid the heat, but it's coming along.

So I've now got all 4 corners done and floor panel in, I've just got to make a panel under the pedals and weld it in l, and finish the welds on passenger floor where it meets firewall. Then the cab will be rot free..

No its not galvanized, it's been coated with phosphoric acid. Which needs to be sanded off before welding.

Thanks for the replies and interest, guys I appreciate it. All the panels I've used (exc. Floor and outer rear cab/purchased) where made with a combination of tools.
Flanging bead roller, shrinker stretcher, and a bending brake.
The rear cab corners could have been easily made but I had them allready, so I used em. I used 18ga. On all inner structure pieces and 20ga. On fenders, which ill soon be doing more work to and doors shortly. I'll save the bed for last as it's going to cost the most and I still need to relocate battery beforehand.
But very next on the agenda is to finish floors and relocate all electronics out of engine compartment

Got some work done this morning, made a panel to hide electronics under the dash and get them

out of the engine bay.

I think I'll made a box for the battery under the bed on passengerside.
