Remove the coulmn cover at the lower dash, unplug the turn signal wiring harness, Either remove the rag joint pinch bolt (if you want to remove the rag joint with the column) or remove the two bolts in the joint itself (if you want the joint to stay with the steering box). Pry the shift linkage out of the shift arm. Remove the bolt that holds the clamp the the firewall. Remove the bolts that hold the plate to the firewall, remove the bolts that attach the column to the dash and column support and remove the column.

Well, that was a task! I'm getting most of it back together. Anyone know what the rubber boot is called that fits on the back side of the brake booster?
Getting that neutral switch arm attached needed a three armed monkey but it is on!

To get that part you had to buy the complete booster/master cylinder.
